no content thats illegal under laws of USA or the UK, the laws are not exactly clear but in particular we will not tolerate: models under age 18 (that includes non-nude), implied or actual child porn (no lolita stuff), anything to do with animals, forced or simulated forced sex or anything to do with pissing or shitting and canabalism is banned too.
any atempts to subvert our banner putting on page mechanisms will result in termination of account as may comments under or above banners directing users to not click etc!
extreme improper bandwidth usage - sites that use extremely abnormal bandwidth thru offering download of warez or mp3 files, severely improper compression of images, warez, mp3s etc are not welcome. Our system automatically determines levels of bandwidth use and sites that deviate a lot from normal website bandwidth patterns eg warez download sites are terminated AUTOMATICALLY.
we are not responsible for any loss of earnings due to downtime, we are not responsible for loss of data or interuption of service, it is your responsibility to backup your site.
any violation of the terms or anything else not mentionned here we judge to be potentially damaging to the service as a whole will result in termination of your account and deletion of all files.
